Cospower Engineering Limited was founded in the year 2004 by industry veterans Mr Oswald D’souza and Mr Felix Kadam, and 2 decades later has emerged as a force to be reckoned with, providing ‘Reactive Power Compensation’ and ‘Power Quality Improvement’ to industries across the globe.
What began as a mission to optimise power amid evolving tariff structures and stricter regulations has now become a powerhouse of innovation. Our passion for solving ‘power quality puzzles’ became the foundation of Cospower Engineering and is gaining momentum with each step we take.

Cospower Engineering has been ranked as one of the top manufacturers in India, specialising in Reactive Power Compensation and Power Quality Improvement solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
We manufacture LT APFC, LT RTPFC panels, HT Fixed Capacitor, HT APFC panels, all types of electrical panels and Passive Harmonic Filters. Our manufacturing unit also has the facility to manufacture equipment mounting structures, tower structures and all types of substation structures.
Our USP is supplying capacitor banks up to 132kV, including all associated equipment. We also undertake complete turnkey projects for capacitor banks, ensuring seamless integration and hassle-free implementation.
