Oswald D’souza, the promoter of our company, has been in the capacitor industry for more than 3 decades. His vision to manufacture a capacitor has finally come to fruition. He has been the pillar of the company and, with his extensive experience in design and application, has guided us to a position of strength. He believes in simplicity and user-friendly products that are ‘value for money’, ‘easy-to-use’, and ‘fit and forget’.

Mr. Felix Kadam
Felix Kadam, the promoter of our company, has vast experience in the capacitor field. He is energetic and proactive, always seeking opportunities for new business. He is a core entrepreneur who can motivate the team to drive business development. His firmly held philosophy is that as business expands, profits increase, and this extends to acquiring new customers. His message to the team is simple: ‘Customer confidence, you gain business growth, is inevitable, without strain.’
Padam Kumar Bhandari
Padam Kumar Bhandari, the consultant of our Capacitor division has served for a reputed capacitor manufacturer for 4 decades. Thereafter he has provided technical consultancy to startups and even established capacitor manufacturing companies. He is associated with our company as consultant to set-up of our capacitor plant, and for design and manufacturing. He is an eminent person in capacitor industry and trained at Toshiba, Japan and General Electric USA. He believes in sharing knowledge and in remaining actively connected with the industry.

Ashok Gopale is the General Manager – Works of our company’s Capacitor Division. He has 25+ years of experience in Industrial Management. Having started his career in the capacitor field, he has developed a passion for this product over the years. He is forward-thinking and industrious with a diplomatic communication style focused on maximising customer and organisation satisfaction. He is a highly committed leader with a hardworking mindset to maintain service quality, reduce costs, and promote organisational efficiency.

A dynamic professional with 25 years of rich cross-cultural experience in Production & Project Management, Quality Assurance, Material Management, Team Management, Sales & Business Development. Six Sigma Green belt holder. He has a wide experience in streamlining processes / procedures to facilitate smooth operations, reduce costs / idle time and enhance productivity. With a proficiency in formulating sourcing strategies, vendor identification / development, possess excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills, he comes with proven track record of utilizing a process- oriented approach towards the accomplishment of cost, profit, service & organizational goals. Specialized in Lean Manufacturing, VSM, FMEA, C&E matrix, TPM, 5 ‘S’, POKA YOKE, SEDAC, and A.M. etc.
