COSPOWER ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. offers complete electrical solutions under one roof. We undertake turnkey projects including substation construction, supply of electrical panels, and other associated electrical equipment.

Our plant in Vasai, Mumbai, is equipped to manufacture substation structures, gantry structures, equipment mounting structures, and tower structures. We also manufacture all types of electrical panels.

Total Electrical Solutions.

We have a fully equipped Engineering Department to design Civil and Electrical Layout Drawings for substations up to 132 kV voltage levels. We can source any electrical equipment required for substations and industries from leading manufacturers.

Apart from turnkey services, we undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for maintaining all electrical equipment.

Since our inception in 2004, we have completed several turnkey projects across power plants, pumping stations, steel, refinery, textile, fertilizer and other industries up to 132 kV levels.

Our scope includes supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of substation equipment, capacitor banks, and electrical panels — covering everything from engineering to project execution.

We have established strong benchmarks in quality and timely project completion. For private projects, we coordinate with concerned Power Utilities to ensure precise equipment ratings, correct accuracy class of instrument transformers, and properly coordinated protection systems with accurate tripping and alarm settings.

We collaborate closely with our clients to help them achieve maximum incentives in power billing, particularly load factor incentives, by providing precise demand controllers.

During AMC visits, our engineers monitor system parameters and equipment health to ensure minimal breakdowns, allowing clients to draw optimum power from utilities. This improves productivity, reduces production costs, and strengthens overall financial performance.
